Beautiful tea

I haven't found a tea that compares to this yet. Bold flavor, one serving can make 2-3 large cups of tea.

Samovar Blood Orange

I fell in love with this tea while dining at the Samovar lounge in SFO during a layover and have been drinking it ever since. Delicious with savory and sweet meals alike. I would highly recommend it!

Delicious but Not Very Orange

It smells wonderful--a deep orange scent with husky notes of ginger. However, the flavour of the tea once steeped, while rich, is very over powered by ginger. Personally, I can't taste much else beyond the ginger at first, though subsequent steepings reveal more of the actual pu-erh and less ginger, and there's still not enough orange to be able to pick it out over the rest of the flavours. Even though I like ginger tea, it's less like blood orange flavoured pu-erh and more like ginger pu-erh. It's still very delicious so if you keep it in mind that the orange flavour may get lost when you brew it, this is an excellent tea to try. :)

Love this tea!

I have a collection of fine aged puer teas, and I’m not typically a fan of flavored teas. This blood orange puer is a rare exception. I keep some around for the occasional treat, and love it every time :)
