A rich, fertile soil and thick daily fog give this Taiwanese oolong a buttery, floral and sweetly complex flavor. Two leaves and a sliver of stem are hand-rolled to form each ball.
Lightly oxidized for an oolong, with strong green notes that provide full body and balance. Good for 3 or more infusions.

HOW TO BREW

Add 12 oz boiling water to 1 tbs tea, steep 3 seconds, discard this infusion. Add 12 oz boiling water, steep 4 min, serve.
