We ship Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed by 10am PT on business days typically ship same day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your tea. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how our return policy works:
- Unopened products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us.
- Opened products: If you've tried the tea and it's not for you, contact us within 14 days. We'll work with you to find a tea you love or issue a refund.
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us immediately and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
