USOrdered 5lbs yerba, it did not arrive. It wasn't even on your radar. I reached out and was told you'd run out, and you would (for half price) send me some that was "best by date last fall" -Ellen. When it arrived I saw it was not best by last fall, but fall 2022. I emailed back and asked why and was ghosted. Decided to check when I first ordered from Samovar Tea company... 2014. I've recommended it to many. What a disappointment. For anyone who values fresh quality tea, how could I recommend it? 18 month past its best by date? Didn't notice that the order did not go out? No reply? Failures at every level.
USI have a soft place in my heart for quality teas, including Yerba Mate, which Samovar offers in kind. With a 5lb bag of Yerba now adorning my kitchen counter, I should be set for quite a while. Thank you!
