Made from whole leaves harvested in early spring. The leaves are rolled by hand into pearls before they are scented with jasmine blossoms.

PROCESSING NOTES—Harvest begins at the end of April and early May. The leaf and bud groups are picked together and pan fired. The processed tea is kept until late May when the jasmine begins to bud. Then the tea is scented multiple times. After scenting, all the jasmine buds are removedand the tea is steamed to make it pliable again. Finally the tea is hand rolled into it’s famed pearl shape to seal in the flavors and aromas.
