What are your shipping rates?
All wholesale purchases are priced by the weight and volume of the order. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground unless you select express shipping (additional fees apply).
What are your processing times?
We endeavor to ship all orders for in-stock items within two (2) business days. If an item is not in stock at the time your order is placed, we will ship your order minus the out of stock item, and discount your invoice by the amount of the excluded item. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For orders of 50 pounds of tea or more, please contact us for additional payment term options.

Can I pick up my order at the Tea Lounges in San Francisco?
Pickup at the Tea Lounges is not available at this time.
Note on sales tax:
Tea is not taxed. However, if you are purchasing non-taxed tea ware as the end user, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay sales tax on your Sales and Use Tax Return.
